WHOLESALE / BULK LICENSE AGREEMENT

3D DESIGN WHOLESALE LICENSE 

This Wholesale License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between AG Creations & More (“AGCM”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”). By purchasing or using AGCM 3D designs, the Licensee agrees to the following terms.

1. License Requirement

A valid license is required for any business producing or selling more than 100 physical 3D-printed products made from AGCM designs.
Personal use and small-batch printing under 100 units does not require a license.

2. In-House Production Only

All AGCM 3D designs must be printed in-house only.
Designs may not be sent to ANY outside vendor, print shop, or manufacturer, including domestic or overseas partners.

Here at AGCM we now offer wholesale for our 3D products 

3. Trademark Notice

This license does not cover trademarked designs.
If the Licensee chooses to sell trademarked items, they do so at their own risk. AGCM is not responsible for takedowns or trademark violations.

4. Permitted Uses

With a valid wholesale license, the Licensee may:

• Print and sell physical 3D products created in-house using AGCM designs.

• Sell wholesale quantities of physical 3D items (over 100 units).
