AG CREATIONS & MORE LICENSING TERMS & CONDITIONS DESIGN PURCHASES LIMITS / PROHIBITIONS / TERMS & CONDITIONS
WITH PROPER LICENSING

YOU MAY:
-sell our designs as screen prints, sublimation prints, dtf prints, clear film prints, vinyl, decals, stickers, fabric, patches, and other WHOLESALE items, etc. 

YOU MAY NOT:

-Digital files may NOT be offered or resold. They cannot be partially erased, lifted, or altered and re sold in any form.



-Imply or claim that you are the author of the artwork.
- sell your business with our licensing & digital files with it.
-Post mockups or items without a proper watermark to protect the art of AGCM
-Order custom prints through an unlicensed vendor
-Share drive purchases with any other business owner or person

-If you have purchased from another transfer company to resell, you must obtain the necessary purchase and licensing.

3D YOU MAY NOT:

• Recreate, copy, or duplicate any AGCM 3D products or designs to make your own versions for personal use or resale.
• Use AGCM designs, artwork, wraps, or any portion of them to create matching 3D products that AGCM has not offered.
• Use AGCM wraps or artwork as a reference, trace, extract, or otherwise reproduce any part of the design to create your own matching 3D items.
• Use AI or any other method to recreate, replicate, or alter AGCM artwork or designs to produce your own products.
• Copy, modify, or recreate AGCM 3D files or products and claim them as your own original work.

All AGCM designs and 3D products are original creations. Purchasing an AGCM product or digital file does not give you permission to recreate, reproduce, or make your own versions of our designs or products. This includes using AGCM artwork to create matching items that we have not released. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our groups or take further action if these terms are violated.

📌 Tumblr Wraps & Clipart: You may not take any elements or clipart from my tumbler wraps and use them to create matching 3-D designs, and you MAY not run my wraps through AI to match the wraps, including This also includes running my designs through AI to create your own 3-D products.

ONE LICENSE IS VALID FOR ONE BUSINESS ONLY. IT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE / NON-APPLICABLE TO MULTIPLE BUSINESSES.

Any vendor/customer who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of AGCM will be subject to having any & all purchased licensing revoked, removal from any drive purchases, links deactivated, IP addresses blocked without notice or refund. It is up to the customer to be fully aware of our terms and conditions before making any purchases with AG Creations & More.

CUSTOMER AGREES TO AGCM terms BEFORE CHECKOUT (check box)

If you choose to send one of our PNG files to an overseas distributor you must purchase our licensing to do so whether wholesale or retail. EXAMPLE: sending a seamless file overseas to produce on blankets will be required to hold a license.
