WITH PROPER LICENSING
YOU MAY:
-sell our designs as screen prints, sublimation prints, dtf prints, clear film prints, vinyl, decals, stickers, fabric, patches, and other WHOLESALE items, etc.
YOU MAY NOT:
-Digital files may NOT be offered or resold. They cannot be partially erased, lifted, or altered and re sold in any form.
WITH PROPER LICENSING
YOU MAY:

-You cannot offer the artwork for download to any outside source whether that be for payment or free
-You may not offer any AGCM digitals in dump groups on Facebook or elsewhere in any form
-Imply or claim that you are the author of the artwork.

-Post mockups or items without a proper watermark to protect the art of AGCM
-Order custom prints through an unlicensed vendor
-Share drive purchases with any other business owner or person

-If you have purchased from another transfer company to resell, you must obtain the necessary purchase and licensing.
ONE LICENSE IS VALID FOR ONE BUSINESS ONLY. IT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE / NON-APPLICABLE TO MULTIPLE BUSINESSES.
Any vendor/customer who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of AGCM will be subject to having any & all purchased licensing revoked, removal from any drive purchases, links deactivated, IP addresses blocked without notice or refund. It is up to the customer to be fully aware of our terms and conditions before making any purchases with AG Creations & More.

CUSTOMER AGREES TO AGCM terms BEFORE CHECKOUT (check box)
If you choose to send one of our PNG files to an overseas distributor you must purchase our licensing to do so whether wholesale or retail. EXAMPLE: sending a seamless file overseas to produce on blankets will be required to hold a license.

No refund on any digital's files, all sales are final. If there's an issue with your order before downloaded
Once customers are added to the monthly Google Drive after purchase, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final
