Refund policy

No refunds are offered on any digital files. All sales are final. If there is an issue with an order, it must be addressed before the files are downloaded and added to Google Drive 

Customers who purchase the monthly design drive are granted access to the Google Drive containing the files. Once access to the drive has been granted, no refunds will be issued, as the digital products have already been delivered.

By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.
